My Wednesday

We took it easy again today...we're allowed to do that on vacation. :) We hung out at the villa and played dice, card games, and reading books.

Kade and Megan, John and Kahli, and Trav and I went out for dinner at the restaurant here in the resort. I have to say I AM NOT A FAN! I ordered a ceasar salad that tasted like jerky of some sort. My entree' was ravioli and it didn't taste any better then the smell of sour milk. Yeah, ew.

The company was great but the food sucked big time. We won't be eating there again. Unfortunately I forgot my camera...but there were lizards climbing up the walls and on the ceiling (and horrible misquito's EVERYWHERE). Authentic. That's all that would come to mind as I sat there being eaten alive, trying to down my jerky tasting salad. However, I have to give credit where credit is due. The chips and salsa was AMAZING! Oh...sooooooo good!!!

I guess that's what you get when you eat at an out door restaurant in Mexico. ;)
